In other words, we want to give out scholarships and supplies to local students and we want to encourage everyone to become more active in our community. In order for us to succeed in our mission, we need to acquire funding. While donations are a great way to contribute to our cause, something as quick and easy as sharing a post on our social media or as thoughtful as volunteering your time for one of our fundraisers is a crucial part of our mission. The single largest motivating factor for the inception of this organization was our deep love of this community and the people within it. Our primary goal is to help students, but, in doing so, we will also be helping our local businesses in the process! We shop local! Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries.
